The Role:

As a Special Cargo Solutions Manager in the Europe Market, you will be responsible for the volume and revenue of one of our most profitable ocean business segments. You will be working with multiple stakeholders to understand the customers' business, scope and needs and ensure special cargo loadings at the highest possible rate while meeting customer expectations for Ocean service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set rates for assigned customers/geographies
• Drive loadings and profitability in line with targets
• Enhance process efficiency to achieve more with fewer resources
• Represent the special cargo segment in multiple forums
• Question the status quo, propose creative solutions, and have your voice heard

What We Are Looking For:

• An self-starter with a strategic mindset who can see the big picture and interpret customer needs within the special cargo segment
• Ability to make quick judgements with incomplete information
• Not afraid to ask questions and seek clarity
• Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders at their level
• Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Experience in the Ocean business; specific experience in the special cargo segment is a bonus
• A team player who wants to be part of a highly capable and engaged team
