Our opportunity

We are looking for our new FP&A Specialist to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing blue collar and other costs related of the Maersk Group's Ocean & Logistics and Services. Adding value to the company by challenging and influencing the decision making of business partners;
• Provide actionable insights by analyzing (Closing Process), planning, and controlling volumetrics, and FTE´s;
• Support for the Reporting and Forecasting calendar and guaranteeing the respective deliveries within the pre-defined deadlines for Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay;
• Develop, together with the respective Product FBP, business cases for the development of new businesses based on robust financial models;
• Communicate with corporate areas in Panama/India/Mexico and the Philippines to implement new reporting processes and align best practices;
• Identify risks and gaps that affect the company's results, and present different opportunities for improvement.

 
We are looking for:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
• Strong experience in finance in multinational companies;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Experience with different reports to different key stakeholders;
• Strong relationship skills;
• Advanced English and Fluent Portuguese - mandatory;
• Spanish – desirable.
