Position Summary
Thales requires a Vault Associate to provide ongoing inspection and quality control to ensure client product accuracy. In addition, as a Vault Associate, you will maintain the integrity of the vault contents while maintaining the workflow from the Vault to Production, Product Fulfillment and Product Delivery departments.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Pull, count and ready cards for Production using Production pull sheets
- Perform mid-day ‘rushes’
- Pull and count cards for daily shipment for CSR requests
- Verify JAAMS lot numbers when moving back stock to front stock
- Update JAAMS system when moving stock
- Inspect open card trays for neatness and tape any back stock, labeling all taped trays with count (if less than 500) and client’s name
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1-3 years of inventory experience
- Forwarding thinking, strong numerical and problem solving skills

- Requires standing, lifting, sitting, pulling and reaching required to fulfill the job duties.
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
