Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will help bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, IT and Sales to ensure a comprehensive view of how customers are using their products vs. their licensed entitlements. This position will report to the Principal Product Manager and will become a subject matter authority in usage reporting across Adobe. The finance team celebrates understanding the big picture, and this role will balance cross functional project management, with thorough analysis. We strive to influence key decisions affecting the business and seek top talent to help us steer the ship.

The outstanding Adobe finance organization welcomes candidates with energy (boundless curiosity, motivation, and initiative), integrity (shoots straight, finds out what’s true), and intelligence (financial competence with analytical horsepower). We ‘run to trouble’ in seeking out tough problems while adding a culture complement to the ‘best places to work’ Adobe community. If this sounds like you, let's connect!

What You'll Do

  • Build product usage reporting to ensure customers realize value from their investment in Adobe’s products.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, IT, and Sales to build a pipeline to collect and consolidate financial and product data into a single source of truth that can be consumed throughout the company.
  • Review and translate customer contracts and product terms into logic that describes the quantity of a product the customer is entitled to.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to review technical documentation and analyze sample data to develop an understanding of how usage is measured and made available for each product.
  • Translate knowledge of above into requirements and SQL code for IT to support consolidation of data.
  • Assist teams responsible for surfacing the data through dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy and interpretability.
  • Enable Sales on how to use the consolidated data including clarifying limitations and answering questions.

What You Need to Be Successful

We are looking for an analytically minded individual with project management experience.

  • Experience leading medium to large initiatives with several workstreams, including defining, tracking, and reporting against milestones.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams including Product, Engineering, IT, and Sales.
  • Experience with data analysis, SQL and relational databases, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Be able to simplify the complex, quickly define the objective, propose a solution, and validate the hypothesis with data.
  • B2B SaaS, Usage Metering, Salesforce, and analytical programming (Python, R, or equivalent) experience are all big pluses.
  • Most successful candidates will have 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • MBA preferred, or equivalent business experience.
