Responsible for the day to day IS operations across division facilities including break/fix, moves/adds/changes, and project management, including prioritization. Aligns with division leadership, ePMO, and IS on division initiatives, resource allocation, escalations using appropriate processes.  Responsible for budgeting, procurement and invoice processing for division IS needs.

Additional Job Description

Required Education/Skills/Work Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems or related field or equivalent work experience.  Eight (8) years demonstrated experience IT Infrastructure, Network System, Telecommunications Systems, or Desktop Engineering.   Previous leadership preferred.  Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, client relations and relationship building, presentation and communications skills required.  Project management/leadership preferred.
