作为经理,销售运营,领导销售服务团队为所有渠道销售团队和销售规划团队提供高质量的运营支持,以便我们能为业务伙伴提供更好的服务,简化与相关业务线(LOBs)的协作,并确保所有渠道销售团队专注于销售。

  • 为团队提供适当的培训和管理,以便团队能够将渠道销售团队从重复的运营工作中解放出来。
  • 收集对合同签订或其他商业目的必要的信息。
  • 支持管理合作伙伴档案。
  • 跟进内部运营流程,如TSO(销售订单处理)、砍单、资源预订等。
  • 支持合作伙伴进行订单修改、团体特别处理等。
  • 与系统支持团队合作,为合作伙伴提供日常系统支持。
  • 通过跟进运营流程,为销售规划团队提供支持。
  • 完成领导层分配的其他任务。

Job Summary:

As a Manager, Sales Operations, you will lead the sales services team to provide high quality operational supports to all channel sales teams and sales planning team, so that we can provide better services to our business partners, streamline collaboration with related LOBs, and ensure all channel sales teams to focus on selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide appropriate training and management so that the team can release channel sales teams from repeated operational works
  • Collect information which is necessary for contracting or other business purpose
  • Support to manage partner profile
  • Follow up internal operational process, such as TSO, chopping, resource booking, etc.
  • Support partners with order modification, group special treatment, etc.
  • Work with system support team to provide daily system support to partners
  • Provide support to sales planning team by following up operation process
  • Deliver other assignment from leadership 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 year experience in sales or sales support function, at least 3 years’ experience of people management  
  • Good communication skills
  • Demonstrate behavior as a team-player and strong willingness and capability to build collaboration with other people or organization
  • Focus on details and quality
  • Quick learner
  • Bachelor or above education background
