Role: ServiceNow CMDB Architect

-CMDB data structures, and design (CSDM required), custom scripting and development for patterns and integrations, and be excellent in communications.
-CSDM Process, Service Mapping, Reporting in ServiceNow 
-In support of overall ServiceNow architect, support the design and implementation of all aspects of the ITOM platform, primarily focused on CMDB design to ensure trusted and secure data source.
-Provide expert guidance on CMDB population, identification and reconciliation of CIs, and architecture in support of discovery and service mapping
-Determine and document optimum methodology to create CI and asset records from catalogue items to support BC government business.
-Design, development, testing, and deployment of integration of ServiceNow CMDB with external Management Data Repositories (MDR).
-Support shared services organization (Any business model) to identify and reconcile soft assets requested from the external systems.
-Excellent communications skills required as the successful candidate will lead workshops and provide communications to technical resources as well as senior positions.
