Role: Production TechOps, Technical Analyst (Remittance Office Support)
• Skill set: A TA needs the create documentation and instructions for the audience, troubleshoot VPN and connectivity issues, become an SME on site-specific processes, manage small project timelines, administer Active Directory and remote desktop support tools, and work directly with site leadership in supporting all IT needs.
• A TA should be self-managed, independent, responsible, and adhere to company policies and procedures. A TA must also have transportation to travel to this production facility at need be basis. There are some requirements for night and weekend support. Production support is critical for multiple shifts.
