Technical: 5 to 8+ Years CyberArk knowledge from a BaU level
Non-Technical: Good Client interaction skills and Excellent communication skills.· Experience in administration of various CyberArk components like Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PTA etc.
· Experience in modifying existing plug-ins or developing new plug-in for managing the devices enrolled in CyberArk.
· Knowledge on the creation of safes and platforms, Privil eged Access Reviews, Compliance Reporting, Access Control Processes, and other associated tasks with Privileged User Management.
· knowledge in automation using REST API etc.
· Expecting as a technical lead/SME in PAM engagements
· Extensive Experience in generating various reports from PVWA, PAS Reporter, PRK client and should have knowledge in troubleshooting and resolving issues in password management of various types of accounts.
· Good experience in implementation and integration of Cyber-Ark's Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Suite or Cyber Ark
· Knowledge in ITSM processes like incident, service requests, change request management .
· Provides technical leadership in the implementation of new (enhancements to existing) security center applications and tools.
