Roles & Responsibilities     

Responsibilities: 

·         Assemble and configure reference & validation platforms. 

·         Integrate assets(CPU, DIMMS, IO Cards) in new platforms and perform integration check.

·         Manage and maintain testing systems, which includes replacing components(such as CPU, DIMMS, IO card etc.)

·         Perform level 1 triage on platforms.

·         Reproduction, troubleshooting, and triaging of defects. 

·         Assemble, maintain and debug Validation systems in the lab – motherboards, voltage regulator modules, storage devices (SATA, USB, PCIE etc.) 

·         Load operating system, flash FW, and BIOS images both in circuit and throughout of band fixtures 

·         Reproduction, troubleshooting, and triaging of defects. 

 

Preferred Skills and Attributes: 

·         Hands-on experience with assembling, set-up, and configuration of server components 

·         Experienced use of tools such as Jtag debuggers, dediprog's, SATA, USB, and PCIe bus analyzers 

·         Good troubleshooting skills to isolate component issues from software issues and use errors. 

·         Understanding of Linux and Windows Operating Systems
