·         Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of windows desktop platform overall

·         Strong experience in building , maintaining and administering windows desktop.

·         Proficient in optimizing performance of desktops and user experience

·         Strong in Group policies and configuring and simplifying them

·         Experienced in Microsoft Modern workspace management capabilities – levering Intune, Auto Pilot, desktop anlaytics etc.

·         Strong skillset in scripting, powershell etc.

·         Experienced in Break fix laptop/Desktop issues remotely.

·         Provide Remote support coverage for in-scope locations for EUC issues

·         Proficient in automation through PowerShell/Azure CLI/VBScritp/Batch  etc
