About the role:

As a Client Program Manager, your core mission is to develop, execute, and optimize programs that align with our strategic goals and our clients. This role demands a creative, proactive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Your task will drive operational excellence, innovate continuously, and maintain robust, data-driven client relationships across global markets.

In this role, you will:

  • Service Excellence & Customer Satisfaction: Drive service delivery across multiple product teams, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and program deliverables.

  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with commercial counterparts to craft strategic roadmaps and growth plans. Establish clear metrics and success indicators.

  • Innovation & Efficiency: Spearheaded automation initiatives, enhanced EDI customer exchanges, and leveraged AI capabilities to boost efficiency and service quality.

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead diverse client teams, facilitate executive business reviews, and foster a collaborative culture that aligns with our community and operational goals.

What you bring:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Engineering. At least three years of experience in operational management and E-commerce logistics.

  • Professional Attributes: Independent, self-motivated, with a passion for operational excellence. A proven track record of leadership and effective management in complex operational and commercial environments.

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of risk management, Lean tools, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
