Job Description:

Your Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services, Manage the import and export process by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Coordinate with the Project and purchasing team to arrange transportation and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with import-export laws and regulations by staying updated on changes in customs requirements and assisting with customs clearance procedures assist in the preparation of import and export documentation for audits and compliance checks. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers and suppliers. Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing documentation. Knowledge of customs regulations, import-export laws, and international shipping procedures. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet tight deadlines. Analytical mindset to identify and resolve problems or inefficiencies in import-export operations. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. Good Ability for MIS preparation and Ontime reporting, Strong Communication Skills to manage internal & External Stakeholders.

• Warehouse operations - Ensuring various warehousing operations including packing and storage, replenishment, picking,
• loading and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

Your Background

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 to 6 years of professional work experience.
• Knowledge of logistics, warehouse & transportation. Working knowledge of SAP MM / PP Module.
• Well versed with MS Office, Strong Follow up and Expedite Materials skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
