What You Will Do:

The Service Advisor is responsible for providing front line support for our customers on both technical and administrative inquiries.  This role will assist Service Technicians in ordering parts, following up on outstanding parts, and obtaining repair approvals from customers. The Service Advisor interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Additional responsibilities may require you to:

  • Respond to all incoming calls, e-mails, and voice mails in a timely and professional manner, providing new and existing product information to customers using knowledge of products, tooling, and documentation.
  • Ensure the email queue is cleared each day and take ownership of all incoming requests to service.
  • Answer technical calls on all Stryker’s products, camera systems, surgical instrumentation, and operating room equipment.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments/divisions.
  • Provide administrative support for Field and In-House service repair co-ordination.
  • Provide support for demo/loaner repairs and help prepare products for evaluations/shows.
  • Perform routine functions checks on demo/consignment/loaner equipment.
  • Assist local technicians with repairs, installations and deliveries when needed.
  • Follow-up with customers for repair approvals outstanding loaners and other day to day transaction needs.

What You Need:

Required:

  • Post-Secondary Diploma in a related field

Preferred:

  • University Degree
  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • 1-2 years of related technical experience

Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considere

Travel Percentage: 10%
