1. Should have a good understanding of Identity and Access Management platform framework and functions. 2. Should have good experience with Implementing, supporting, and maintaining of FIM 2010 / MIM 2016 3. Should have developer experience working on Programing Language and development platforms including C/C, C#, VB, VB.NET to write scripts, codes, DLLs etc. 4. Should have good knowledge and understanding on Windows Active Directory Services, Powershell, ADFS, and Azure Active Directory. 5. 

Good-to-Have 

1. Should have good understanding of FIM architecture overview and its components 2. Should be well verse with Different type of MA Creations, FIM Schema updating, Data & Attribute Flow setup, Understanding of Sync rule, 3. Should be well verse to Configure run profiles and.dll extension file setup configuration for Advance Sync rules 4. Should have good understanding of FIM architecture overview and its components 5. Should have skills on Designing and implementing SET, MPR, WORKFLOW in FIM Portal and synchronization process in FIM in order to integrate Source and Target Platforms
