Marketing Manager (m/f/x) - Czech Republic & Slovakia

(Fulltime / permanent / Location: hybrid – Prague / Bratislava)

The Opportunity

This role reports to the General Manager CZ&SK and is responsible for overseeing CSL Behring’s entire local product portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing the marketing agenda, communication with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs), and collaborating with peer functions and third-party partners on financial, trade marketing, and market access matters. The aim is to achieve both short and long-term commercial goals by developing and implementing effective product strategies across all therapeutic areas within CSL Behring’s portfolio. The Marketing Manager will also contribute to reimbursement and tender management.

The Role

• Develop and present a comprehensive marketing vision and strategy to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets across the portfolio.
• Manage the marketing budget, oversee promotional activities for both existing and new product launches, and spearhead all new marketing or commercial initiatives.
• Execute tactical plans and monitor marketing expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Analyze local market activities and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, including clinicians, hospital pharmacists, financial directors, purchasers, patient associations, and policymakers to enhance the product portfolio.
• Actively collaborate with the General Manager in the pricing and reimbursement process.
• Assist in hospital and regional tenders.
• Participate as an active member of the CZ&SK local leadership team, supporting local leadership agendas.
• Develop and propose strategies for the pricing and reimbursement of new and existing products.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Graduate degree or equivalent required; postgraduate business qualification preferred.
• A scientific degree is advantageous.
• Fluency in Czech / Slovak as well as in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in Product Management and / or Sales for pharmaceutical/biotech products.
• Experience in hospital business and/or orphan drugs is highly beneficial.
• Ability to formulate complex and comprehensive materials such as authoritative reports of major scope and impact
• Willingness to travel up to 60% incl. overnight stay
