Skill: Senior SAP Developer
- The Senior SAP Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions, with a focus on FSRI, PaPM, or FPSL.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in SAP development and a deep understanding of financial services modules.
- This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Develop custom SAP solutions using ABAP, Fiori, and other relevant technologies to meet business requirements.
- Module Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of FSRI, PaPM, or FPSL to enhance and optimize SAP implementations.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP modules with other enterprise systems.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of SAP applications and databases.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developments and customizations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve system functionality and performance.
Generic Managerial Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP development, with specific expertise in FSRI, PaPM, or FPSL.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in ABAP programming, Fiori development, and other SAP development tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
