About the role:

As the Growth Enablement Manager for Maersk Ground Freight, you will work closely with front-line sales teams regionally, opportunity managers, solution engineers, vertical heads, and commercial and program management organizations where required. You will be a focal point for commercial solutions in your region's business pursuits, ensuring necessary services and solutions. You are responsible for helping NAM Marketing and Sales initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Be the subject matter expert to support the business where needed with best practices on operational setup and capabilities, including interaction and onsite visits with customers.

  • Drive regional solution product development and system enhancement initiatives based on North American market requirements and productivity improvement initiatives.

  • Identify and explore opportunities to grow solutions revenue by introducing new services, understanding market gaps, and supporting local and global business efforts.

  • Collaborate with management teams and commercial heads to ensure strategic product coverage and approach for critical business pursuits.

  • Provide assistance for existing and prospective solutions clients where required and work closely with origins and other Areas and Regions to optimize global profitability and decision-making for delivering the outlined financial results.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or business

  • 6+ years of industry logistics, ground freight, LTL, or supply chain management experience

  • Proven account management and commercial skills with strong operational understanding, including systems knowledge

  • Ability to manage and develop a commercial pipeline

  • Decision-making capability in the absence of management

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Well-organized, self-directed, and a team player with a collaborative mindset

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to train, coach, evaluate, and mentor

Travel Requirements: Domestic travel expected up to 20%
