アカウントエグゼクティブ（公共部門）は、Tableau製品の公共部門での販売を推進する役割です。アカウントエグゼクティブが目指すのは、お客様の「トラステッド・アドバイザー」になることです。システムを導入するIT部門のみならず、事業ラインの責任者と直接コミュニケーションをとり、組織の責任者から最も信頼されるパートナーとなることを目標としています。

あなたが担当すること

• アカウントセールスプランを定義し実行し、割り当てられた地域/業界内での販売機会を発掘、評価、管理、クロージングすることにより、販売目標（クォータ）を達成および超過する
• セールスパイプラインの開発と管理 - 新規販売の可能性を評価しながら、多数の取引を同時にセールスパイプラインを通じて進行させる
• CRMシステムで顧客および取引情報を管理、パイプラインと予測の定期的な報告を提供する
• 販売サイクル全体でのリソースの調整（製品サポートやセールスエンジニアリングを含む）
• 見込み顧客への初期製品デモンストレーションとサポートを提供する
• 顧客アカウント内で会社の関係を育み、拡大する
• 競合他社および製品に関する最新情報を把握する
• 顧客、パートナー、およびサポートスタッフとの効果的かつ優れたコミュニケーションを実践する
• 戦略設定、セールストレーニング、マーケティング活動、および顧客ケアを含むチームビルディングおよび会社の成長活動に参加する

Basic Requirements

• 公共/自治体業界向けの法人営業経験1年以上
• 法人営業経験5年以上
• 業務エンタープライズアプリケーションの提案経験
• 目標達成のため、案件発掘手段や優先順位付け、営業プロセスを確率し、実践している方
• 新規開拓経験
• 高いチームワークの能力

Preferred Requirements

• 戦略的アカウントに対するプランの作成、遂行経験
• ビジネス部門のC Levelに対する営業および直接提案の経験
• カスタマーサクセスへの高いモチベーションとコミットメント
