·10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of project/program management
experience managing medium to large software development projects, with a
consistent record of delivering winning product constructs
·Functional knowledge of Credit Card or Banking or Financial domain.
·3 – 5 years of experience in an Agile or Scaled Agile Product
Development environment and on global products highly desired.
·Project management acumen: intellectual curiosity and ability to focus
on detail while keeping the big picture in perspective, both proactive and
adaptable, adept at relationship building and effective communication,
ability to influence those not under your direct authority
·Proven ability to manage multiple demands successfully and within a
matrixed organization
·Strong relationship leadership with a track record of positively
collaborating, influencing, and extensively coordinating with internal and
external partners, including senior leaders
·Team player comfortable working with people from diverse cultural
backgrounds, within a cross-border/virtual team environment
·Deep understanding of all aspects of technical delivery with a
demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility and ownership
·Experience understanding technology solutions at an enterprise-level
is helpful
