You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and validating the medical and scientific attributes of products, ensuring alignment with the category vision and consumer needs. Your expertise will span across categories and disciplines, driving innovation and excellence in the US product portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  • Enhance self-care and consumer health outcomes by promoting and developing science-based, consumer-oriented products.

  • Contribute to strategic medical stewardship, ensuring innovative product introductions, lifecycle management, and consumer-centric solutions.

  • Collaborate internally and externally to advance scientific engagement with experts, health authorities, and healthcare influencers.

  • Support the development and delivery of medical activities for the product portfolio and provide strategic insights for new product ingredients and technologies.

  • Ensure timely response to consumer inquiries about product safety, formulation, testing policies, and drug interactions.

  • Drive business growth by proposing new claims, anticipating trends, and shaping the healthcare environment.

  • Develop medical/clinical documents for product issues and opportunities, including policy, strategy, FDA submission, labeling, and advertising.

  • Maintain accurate claim compendia and serve as an educational resource. Identify future medical trends and competitive intelligence to support innovation and business protection.

  • Collaborate with the Canadian Science Affairs team to drive a unified North American approach.

About You

  • M.D., Pharm.D., FNP or RN degree or related bachelor's degree in science.

  • 5 years of experience in medical or clinical functions supporting Consumer Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Knowledge of clinical drug development, pharmacovigilance, risk benefit assessment, regulatory framework for pharmacological products and promotional product claims.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
