Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Experience in integration with SAP Application areas such as Finance and Controlling, Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), BRIM, RAR and Inventory Management.

Expertise in SAP Best Practices including demos and test scripts.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead customer engagements at an executive level.

Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.

Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies.

Open to travel as part of project assignment.

Experience Required

At least 10 years of SAP experience in Overall solution integration.

Minimum 4-6 full life-cycle implementation experience.

Minimum 2 full life-cycle implementation experience of S/4HANA Greenfield Transformation project.

Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, testing, change management and post implementation support.

Roles & Responsibilities

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Understand business requirements, manage, define, document, design & deliver SAP end-to-end solution.

Leading the solution integration and implementation of S/4HANA processes across functional areas.

The ability to learn quickly a broad spectrum of SAP and SAP Partner products to support global processes.
