Process Expert within the Operations Department, will be responsible for ensuring the consistent achievement and maintenance of service quality and performance in alignment with established SLAs. Attention to detail and adept coordination with various stakeholders will be essential in upholding exemplary work quality. Unwavering dedication to meeting daily targets and adhering to SLAs is of paramount importance.

This position is part of the Transport Plan Management team (TPM), a dedicated group responsible for promptly updating transport plan changes for shipments across the globe. This role involves ensuring timely updates to the system whenever requests are received from the relevant desks. This is an essential part of our commitment to delivering efficient and reliable shipping services to our stakeholders. It's essential to adopt a collaborative approach with stakeholders, fulfilment leads and customer service. Need to be mindful of the big picture to make holistic decisions and coordinate with OCL SF for optimal routes that do not affect SD.
