Procurement Excellence
The purpose of Procurement Excellence is to drive the most optimal, cost effective and compliant service from our pool of vendors across Oceania Logistics & Services.
The incumbent will identify gaps & opportunities for improvement and drive them with the relevant owners, as well as support procurement tasks such as rate compliance, contract execution compliance, vendor pre-qualification and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Spend, Trend analysis & Compliance Management: Ensure all contracts are executed as per the terms and conditions agreed by both parties, commitments (volume, spend, proforma moves, etc.) are honoured, rebates and discounted are realized.
- Performance Management: Along with the contract owner, closely and regularly monitor vendors’ performance during the contractual period, identify opportunities and risks, and proactively take action in order to achieve the desired results for each contract.
- Vendor HSSE pre-qualification adherence, run periodic compliance reviews & drive compliance with the contract owner.
- Drive Procurement Managers to ensure that the Responsible Procurement (RP) guidelines and rates are updated & well maintained.
- Drive Compliance behaviour: Monitor the progress and follow-up with concerned Procurement Managers to input accurate, timely and aligned data.
- Drive and maintain Vendor database management and support SRM cadence & reporting.
- Provide support and drive procurement projects / smaller initiatives within each and every sourcing step.
- Prepare Procurement reports and complex modelling in Excel.
- Please note this is an individual contributor/standalone position.
We are looking for:
- Procurement / Industry experience is required for this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with various stakeholders across the business and external vendors.
- Drive activities to completeness
- Sound Microsoft skills
Preferred candidates will be required to undertake reference checks as well as pre-employment screening, including a National Police Check. Where applicable, background checks including Employment History and Education History (including Qualifications) may be required.
