Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity:

Adobe is synonymous with creativity. We’ve enabled an entire generation to create things that, for the extent of human history, could only be imagined in the mind’s eye. Now we are hard at work empowering the next generation of content creators so as to improve their education outcomes whilst providing them with the critical skills that they’ll need for success in the future.

That's where the Adobe Education team comes into play. We are passionately dedicated to helping students develop the skills they will need for a lifetime of success! We are educators helping our fellow educators make a real and meaningful difference.

Within the larger Education team, the Education Community team is dedicated to building a global community of educators who are passionate about enabling creativity, communication, and digital literacy in the classroom. Our flagship program is Adobe Creative Educator (or ACE) which has tens of thousands of global members who work closely with us to blend pedagogy and technology, ensuring that it is relevant, meaningful, and impactful for students. The Education Community Manager helps execute and grow these programs and initiatives, and is thus in a position to impact millions of students and their teachers worldwide.

What you’ll do:

  • Inspire and Recruit Educators: ACE is just a few years old but has already proven itself to be a program popular with educators the world over. The Education Community Manager will recruit educators globally, helping them and their students.

  • Nurture: Educators love hearing from their fellow educators in ways that are meaningful, empathetic, and pedagogically sound. The Community team build deep and meaningful relationships with educators, helping them help their students.

  • Partner: The Education Community team necessarily interacts with numerous team and groups within Adobe, including other community teams and education evangelists, engagement managers, content creators, and product managers.

  • Facilitate: We host conferences (virtual and in-person), live-streams, get-togethers at industry events, meet-ups, and more. All of these are coordinated and driven by the Education Community team.

  • Present: All teams members have the opportunity (and are encouraged) to engage educators, present, teach, encourage, and inspire.

What you’ll need to succeed:

This role is primarily focused on nurturing and empowering primary & secondary educators, trainers, and administrators globally. So, what will it take to succeed?

  • Community: Experience supporting and growing community programs is required. Experience with educator communities is preferred.

  • Education: The ideal candidate will have strong primary / secondary experience and familiarity with Higher Education, understanding the needs of teachers and students.

  • Global Impact: Experience working at scale with projects that have reached millions of users, especially within large companies or organizations.

  • Communication: Clear and compelling communication skills are required. This includes internal and external presentations, speeches, and other written communications.

  • Project Management: You'll need strong organization, planning, timelines, and budgeting to create systems and ensure projects and initiatives are successfully defined and their impacts measured.

  • Collaboration: You will need to support highly distributed and remote teams, including vendors, contractors, and partners.
