About the Role:

This role will be responsible for Scheduling & Presentation Operations for our India-International Channels, while working with multiple functions within the organization to track and disseminate information needed to put a 24hour channel On-Air. In addition, you will need to troubleshoot issues as they crop up in a dynamic work environment & lead the team through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling T&P functions for international channels.

• Co-ordination with internal channel teams for day-to-day operations and support for achieving promo GRP and maximization of revenues.

• Will also be responsible for ensuring Pre-Telecast Checks & mentoring & cross training within the team

Performance Measures

• Capturing all Sales, Marketing and Programming requirements for international channels.

• Having effective communication (written /verbal) with collaborators.

• Quick turnaround time for all requests in terms of bookings and promo execution within business hours.

• Compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

• Adherence & Quality conversations, mentoring and developing team members

Knowledge and Skills

• Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft office, quick adaptation of new software learnings
