What you will do
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales expectations and quotas.
Promote the Stryker product portfolio, following the user manuals and operation manuals for each product.
Interact with healthcare professionals to promote the proper use of Stryker products.
Understand, address, and analyze customer needs, seeking their development and growth through high-level and lasting relationships with different stakeholders in the commercial chain.Develop and/or capture direct customers or indirect channels.
Ensure training and workshops for the sales force of indirect channels for the proper sale of the Stryker product portfolio.Ensure the implementation of company strategies. Ensure the delivery of customer purchase orders according to company policies.
Weekly reporting of client pipeline and sales prospects.
Ensure timely planning and correct closure of demonstrations for end customers.
Timely communication within the company to the appropriate parties when identifying a potential business or customer need.
What you need
Professionals in surgical instrumentation, nursing, biomedical engineering.
3 to 5 years of experience in the field.
Previous experience in promotions and sales of medical equipment and devices.
Experience in the healthcare field is mandatory.
Proficiency in English is desirable.
