Job Description

Hybrid: for this position is required to be on site 3x/week

What you will do (responsabilities):

  • Lead/Support development of new sales standards and processes connecting with the journey of a new customer looking for EVs (Electric vehicles), focusing on maximizing customer experience and delivering results,

  • Responsible for Sales Operations planning, developing processes for short-term forecast, distribution, Pricing and other sales back-office activities,

  • Ensure new sales strategies to conquer EV intenders and develop a hassle-free sales model considering a 360-degreee approach to the EV ecosystem beyond the car itself

  • Connect to all involved players to assure project goals are achieved (Commercial, Legal, Finance, IT, GMF, Dealers, Pre-Owned and others), including aligning it to Project, Sales Leaders and C-Level,

  • IT Connection: Debate and present to IT team the required solutions and track their implementation,

  • Manage cross functional meetings between areas/stakeholders,

  • You will be the guardian of the project roadmap, to assure a flawless and on time implementation,

  • Willingness to adopt a test & learn mentality to foster innovative solutions for the businesss,

  • Incorporate lessons learned from test cases and experiments as improvements into sales operations processes

  • Main responsible for evaluating the market, defining industry assumptions and developing short-term forecast projections, besides connecting it with production sources to assure volume availability,

  • Sales channel analysis and distribution control to assure right vehicle at right place at right timing,

  • Competition evaluation to define commercial strategy, aligning pricing, incentives and other P&L variables, to assure value maximization,

  • Track and constantly evaluate results in order to support business definitions

Additional Job Description

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):

  • Graduation on business, administration, marketing, finance or engineering,

  • Experience with Sales planning or back-office activities,

  • Previous automotive sales activities knowledge is a plus, within premium brands desirable,

  • Proficiency in English,

  • Spanish as a desirable additional language for Portuguese native speakers or Portuguese, for Spanish native
