Mission Statement

Provide analysis to the organization by doing simulation, identifying trends, communicating information to relevant groups and recommending actions to improve financial performance of the factory.

Your Responsibility:

• You will perform daily operation activities. Ensure document checking for inbound cost. Review payable monthly. Managing inventory including system and physical count.
• You will perform analyses of business performance, prepares “what if” scenarios and the overall impact to the factory. Support factory controller in reviewing cost monthly, preparing budgeting yearly.
• You will involve in project improvement such as NWC reduction, inventory optimization.
• You will work with internal/external auditor, tax and government officials if requires.
• You will prepare information to factory controller and factory management team by analytical data, reports, findings, early warning, and recommendations.
• You will work closely with all department to verify data and recognize saving of improvement project. Follow saving monthly and consolidate data for whole factory.
• You must ensure processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements. Maintains proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/ internal/external audits and reviews.

Your Background:

• University degree in Economy / Business Study.
• Graduated student in FTU/NEU or university in economic field. 2 years of experience in a foreign invested company or in auditing firm is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding on finance & accounting.
• IT skills in Windows, Excel, Word compulsory. Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is a plus.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good command of English.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
