Your assignments will be in a variety of areas like engineering, project management, operations, lean manufacturing, supply chain, service, business development, process improvement and. You’ll benefit from individual training and development plans, professional mentoring, exposure to executives, and build a network in transformer business.

You will be rotated during the course of the 12 months program across different factories / functions of Transformers in the country. The job assignment rotation among factories / functions provides you with all the coaching and development needed to accelerate the functional and leadership competencies and skills for onward progression.

This high-profile program will also provide excellent learning opportunities such as leadership and mentoring programs, technical and product training, industry site experience and training with leading-edge technologies.

You will have to demonstrate agile personal leadership, teamwork and collaboration abilities, learn from mistakes with a high level of initiative, self-confidence, be brave to make mistakes and display future leader aspirations.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in 2023 and 2024 or Master students in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.

• No more than 1 year of professional experience within your field of studies by the start date.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Internationally minded, social and intercultural competency.

• High level of drive and personal ownership.

• Realistic career/life goals.

• Creative thinking with demonstrated analytical skills and structured work approach.

• Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments.

• Ambitious and curious with a wide area of interest.
