About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager of SMB Sales to lead, coach, and mentor a team of talented SMB Account Executives who focus on new logo acquisition. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with several cross functional teams to strategically grow the business and team with a mission to stop
breaches.
This is a remote role being in the office one day a week for team building, unity, and collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
Frontline manager for a team of 8 SMB Account Executives
Coach reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices
Forecast accurately to management using SFDC and Clari
Work with internal teams to grow the team’s pipeline and increase close rates
Recruit and train new SMB Account Executives
Meet with customers and prospects to understand their security needs and how CrowdStrike may be able to stop them from being breached
What You’ll Need:
2+ years of full cycle sales experience generating net new business for a technology company, preferably in Saas and/or Security
1+ years of front-line sales management with history of meeting/exceeding quota and performance expectations (preferred)
Experience with Salesforce/Clari reporting
Experience hiring and working in a rapidly changing environment
Channel Sales experience

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $65,000 - $155,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
