Contactless Product Development Engineer - TCZEW

Your responsibilities:

Innovation & Manufacturing Technology (IMT) Corporate worldwide R&D department centralized in France is increasing his team members in Poland group to fulfill his ambitious roadmap.

As a Contactless Product Development Engineer based in Tczew factory within IMT for technologies of Contactless Product, you will Engineering Expert to:

• create drawings for contactless products (inlays , antenna, cardbodies for eDP, ePP, cards)
• create and record technical data in PDM
• coordinate and organize sample manufacturing between Thales plants and different suppliers.
• follow & coordinate manufacturing slots in accordance to priorities
• follow and coordinate manufacturing slots with production
• follow orders status with sub-contractors
• animate reporting to internal clients (Development & Support Production worldwide/ Purchasing/Quality/Business units/supply chain)
• communicate with external suppliers of raw material and machines    

Our requirements:

• You should be at least student of last years of technical university (preferably Electronics, Mechanics, Materials) or you can already have technical degree
• You should have good practical skills on design & related software 2D/3D (AutoCad-Illustrator)
• You should have basic knowledge on machines: operation, set-up (training to plan)
• Your technical expertise for inlays card bodies, passports and other form factors (microtags) expertise will be highly appreciated
• You should be flexible and open for international business trips in Thales sites or at supplier several times per year (2 weeks per quarter as an average)
• Fluent communication in Polish and English, optional French
• Developed interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate project & team empowerment with various stakeholders
• Ready to work in multicultural environment (Europe, Asia, America)
