Position Overview:

Responsible for the development of strategic and tactical plans that result in measurable improvement in the organization wide delivery of services to patients. Works closely with other operational leaders to ensure that all channels of care have patient experience as the top priority and delivered as such. Identifies opportunities for improvement at the front line as well as any global process change or improvement necessary to achieve a high level of patient satisfaction. Manages daily project operations and coordinate logistics and resources for projects, which includes project initiatives, coaching engagements, training programs and other programs. Contributes to the development of excellent, patient-focused service and communication skills across all facilities to increase patient satisfaction, physician satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Training & Development, Organizational Leadership or Performance Improvement or other related fields


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years of recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of the operations of healthcare systems and/or medical offices and physician relations.

Knowledge of project and event management/planning tools.

Knowledge of Microsoft programs as well as SharePoint collaboration site administrator functions.

Communication skills, with an ability to motivate others without direct lines of authority.

Pay Range is $35.52 to $53.28 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.
