Marketing Associate, Communications - Texas, Flower Mound 571 Silveron Blvd

Work Flexibility: Onsite

As a Stryker Communications Marketing Associate, you will help with the execution of brand strategies, bringing awareness to how the iSuite helps hospitals realize the full value of their OR investment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, interface with hospital leaders, sales representatives, and establish product branding and messaging.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Provides real-time sales enablement, customer and salesforce support, and other key activities to drive local execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Assist with executing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Quick response time to customer and sales inquiries or needs.
• Tradeshow coverage and support.
• Sales enablement: Product technical or competitive questions.
• Development and education of sales tools.
• In-field sales team support.
• Development and execution of offense tactics and actions.
• Education, event, clinical research support and execution.
• Identify synergies and develop tactics to leverage these.

WHAT YOU NEED:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0+ years of work experience required.

•  Internship experience related to marketing, sales, and/or healthcare preferred.

•  MBA preferred.   

Travel Percentage: 30%
