Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our HRS team located in Hyderabad. The Associate will work closely with the HR teams in the APAC region to provide a variety of HR services to Asia Pacific employees.
We have an immediate need for dedicated professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
· Responding to inquiries accurately and timely regarding policies and programs including benefits, attendance, job transfer, payroll deductions, etc.
· Respond to document requests including termination agreements, employment verification/visa letters, and reporting requests from HR and Finance.
· Ensure the Service level are achieved at all times
· Innovative with a commitment to change and process improvement applying KAIZEN and LEAN methodologies
· Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information and ensure data privacy at all times
· Track, measure and report Service Level Commitment-SLC metrics at different intervals to ascertain the process performance health and identify improvement areas
· Build process maturity and provide value add to the customers through productivity and cost gains
· Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Visio · Application of Phone and email etiquette in customer interactions · Knows when to escalate -Ability to be receptive to the peer/general feedback -Experience in PeopleSoft and data management.
Basic qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources · 2-3 years of overall experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills, Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Visio · Application of Phone and email etiquette in customer interactions · Strong decision making and problem-solving skills · Ability to multi-task in fast-paced dynamic environment · Agility to change in a fast-growing environment. Knows when to escalate -Ability to be receptive to the peer/general feedback -Experience in PeopleSoft and data management.
The employee will be required to do morning, evening and night shifts mandatory.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Virtual Location - TS

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience working with Windows, Word, Excel, MyTime (Kronos) and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree is minimum

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, managing data driven report processes or processes
