Work Arrangement:

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.

The Role

The Global Travel & Expense (T&E) Team is responsible for enabling a world-class travel and expense service delivery to get employees from point A to B safely and cost effectively.

What You'll Do

- Identify and execute OPEX, Lean, standardization and other process improvement projects
- Act as escalation point for the service center for service line enquiries
- Continual development and transition of subject matter expertise to our service center operations staffs
- Identify and advance opportunities to use new technologies such as robotic process automation to drive efficiencies
- Maintain & update standard catalog of services and operating model
- Build, develop, grow and sustain business relationships vital to Travel & Expense activities
- Support system deployment/enhancements and business process changes for business continuity
- Communicate to leadership on business initiatives and performance on a regular basis

Additional Job Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Preferably with hands on experience in Travel and Expense related tasks, Concur, Workday, Case Management Systems, Knowledge Base Systems, Avaya Telephones, CC Pulse, ESS Jeonsoft, Dashboard and Reporting Tools, and other HR Management Systems and Tools
  • Experience creating/updating documentation of business processes including specifications, training material, and security & change control
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willingness to work on night shift
