Job Description

Hybrid: Work physically at General Motors 3 times per week (TUE-THU)

The Digital Marketing Analyst will work on building and supporting the innovation in Marketing Technology projects, to innovate the Chevrolet and the Dealers marketing channels. The selected candidate for this role will be remote.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and describe requirements and standards for our Digital Marketing Solutions (MarTech), such as chatbots, e-commerce and web accounts, following Agile methodology .
  • Help to manage the martech backlog, prioritizing the jobs accordingly to business goals.
  • Define User Stories and Iterations with partners
  • Ensure projects alignment and timeline through proper project management.
  • Champion the customer experience at the project plannings, while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or component for the team.
  • Contributes to Vision, Roadmap and ROI.
  • Support the Field & Regions Sales Team members who support the Dealers, answering their questions and issues, helping to create training and answers their business needs.
  • Working very closely with our partners across GM, including: Dev teams, Dealer Digital Program and agencies
  • Prepare project documentation and presentations to GM Global Team (USA) and to South America forums.Administrate budget of the area, purchasing orders and contracts of all agencies involved with the Digital Platforms team

Additional Job Description

Qualifications and Skills (Mandatory):

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing,  IT, Enginnering etc).
  • Advanced English
  • Know deeply Project Management processes and Agile methods;
  • Previous experience working with Marketing Technology and Projects is required;
  • Demonstrated understanding of Customer Experience (CX), Marketing Funnel and Analytics;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Spanish
  • Working knowledge of dealerships and technology lover is plus in this position
