The Opportunity

Adobe Systems is seeking a transformational and strategic Director of Solutions Consulting to lead an impactful team focused on Adobe Digital Media (and Generative AI Design & Development) solutions. As a key member of the Enterprise Engagement leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing a winning strategy that drives enterprise customer success and unlocks the full potential of Adobe's innovative technologies.

What you'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of 30+ Managers, Solution Consultants, Solution Architects and Value Consultants, encouraging a collaborative and results-driven environment.

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for solution and value consulting Adobe Digital Media (including Generative AI) space within the enterprise.

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify and qualify high-value opportunities, discovering and translating customers’ needs into compelling solution proposals to achieve business and technical wins.

  • Deeply understand Adobe's Digital Media product portfolio, including: Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.); Adobe Express; Adobe Firefly (APIs and Custom Models; Adobe Stock; Generative Design tools (e.g., Adobe Substance 3D)

  • Guide enterprises on the strategic application of these solutions to address their unique business challenges and unlock growth opportunities.

  • Lead all aspects of the technical pre-sales process, ensuring that proposals effectively showcase the value proposition of Adobe's offerings.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver impactful solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs).

  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and new technologies within the digital media and generative AI landscape.

  • Champion standard methodologies, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality customer experiences.

  • Track and measure critical metrics to demonstrate the impact of solution consulting on customer success and revenue generation.

What you need to succeed

  • Proven experience in solution consulting and management or a related field, with a track record of success in driving customer value

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on effective executive communication.

  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a consistent track record to build trust and rapport with partners at all levels.

  • Deep understanding of the digital media and marketing landscape, with a keen eye for emerging trends.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $235,500 -- $385,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
