We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Creative Director to join Adobe’s Brand Studio. As Adobe’s in-house creative agency, the Studio brings our brand to life. Working with an in-house team of makers, production partners, and agencies, the Creative Director will be responsible for developing industry-leading creative for adobe.com — one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world and the front door for a majority of our customers. The ideal candidate is a passionate collaborator who loves solving complex creative challenges for a broad range of audiences — from individuals to small teams and enterprises. This person is equally adept at maintaining a high level of conceptual thinking while also finessing the details.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with product marketing and strategy teams to ensure briefs are strong and built on a solid foundation of customer insights and data
  • Direct creative from concept to final delivery, maintaining a high bar for quality across customer journeys and marketing surfaces
  • Direct agency and in-house teams on look, feel, voice and tone, and ensure all communications adhere to Adobe’s Brand
  • Create templatized solutions that are impactful and efficient to produce at scale
  • Act as a player-coach, working with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
  • Champion hands-on use of Adobe’s emerging tech as part of Studio’s customer zero mindset

What you’ll need to succeed

  • A drive to create inspiring, thoughtful, precisely crafted work
  • Hands-on maker experience, from concepting to production, with a willingness to rollup your sleeves and get in the weeds of execution
  • Experience influencing and building relationships across multiple product and functional marketing teams to define innovative creative content strategy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-on marketing environment
  • Ability to provide clear, consistent creative direction to agency partners
  • 15+ years of creative direction experience
  • Experience directing content to spec within design and web content management systems
  • Excellent listening, speaking, and presentation skills
  • An open, positive attitude
