We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest and Cast experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, PhotoPass and Merchandise lines of business, which includes Room and Tickets eCommerce and products such as Hey Disney!, MagicBand+, Disney Genie and Disney Genie+. 

Responsibilities:

This role will provide product management support for Hey Disney for both in-flight efforts and future initiatives. This role will support the long-term planning and strategy by researching industry trends, analyzing key metrics, and collaborating with business partners, Amazon, and Tech & Digital leadership to create and maintain a consolidated product roadmap. This role will also be focused on Hey Disney subscriber growth and partnering with Amazon to identify and implement new features and tactics.

The Sr. Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams representing operations, marketing, creative design, consumer insights, analytics, engineers, Amazon, and executive teams to bring products and services to market and develop and grow business opportunities. A successful candidate will be highly collaborative, while wearing multiple hats, be comfortable working autonomously, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products and applications that Guests and Customers love.

• Product lead for Hey Disney At-Home product with focus on identifying and delivering new features / enhancements to improve the product by evaluating Guest/Customer insights, industry trends, key metrics, and business priorities.
• Develop and drive strategies for growing Hey Disney subscriber base.
• Responsible for developing and executing the technology & digital strategic roadmap for the Hey Disney At-Home product with focus on new device support & integration.
• Translate product concepts into user stories, epics, and other appropriate product deliverables for all aspects of a project, collaborating with all impacted teams including creative and technology for agreement.
• Collaborates with organizations across The Walt Disney Company (Disney Consumer Products, Pricing, Rev. Management, Marketing, Sales, Park & Resort Operations, etc.) and Amazon to build and manage scope expectations.
• Translate the digital vision into presentations that will be shared with Executive audiences and partners across the Organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of product management or related experience
• Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience analyzing various metrics to identify trends and key insights
• Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical problems
• Comfortable working in JIRA and Keynote for presentations

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly to understand our rapidly evolving product, business and Guest needs
• Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions in schedule to perform ad hoc queries and project escalation issues
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and comfortable in JIRA
• Financial acumen
• Preferred experience working with data & analytics tools (Tableau, Digital Analytics, SQL, etc.) and data sets
• Experience evaluating technology solutions and industry trends for fit and viability against use cases as well as evaluating the companies for viability
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to very effectively present a compelling vision and story at an executive level within and outside of Disney
• Ability to communicate and rally teams and individuals around a vision
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to package, pitch and sell innovative thinking
