Programador CAD/CAM de máquinas CNC – Planta de SCS - Sao Caetano Do Sul ASSY, STPG, TOOL - Main Gate 1

Job Description

On-site: essa posição é totalmente presencial.

Executar toda a rotina de programação CNC para máquinas de usinagem de grande porte, de acordo com informações da engenharia (Die-Design, Die Lay-out., Tdei).

Responsabilidades:

• Desenvolvimento de processos e programas CNC via NX e Tebis para usinagem de ferramental 3D e 2D e 5X;
• Integração com times da Engenharia do Ferramental, Die Design, Die Layout e TDEI;
• Desenvolvimento de relatórios de programação.

Requisitos

Mandatórios:

• Conhecimento dos softwares de CAD/CAM (NX, Team center e Vis Mockup, software Tebis);
• Experiência prévia em usinagem CNC;
• Ensino técnico completo ou Superior (completo ou cursando);
• Disponibilidade total de horários para atuar nos 3 turnos e finais de semana, quando necessário;
• Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente na planta de SCS.

Desejáveis:

• Conhecimento em sequência de operações do Ferramental;
• Experiência em fluxo de informações da engenharia para a construção de ferramentas;
• Inglês.
