Opérateur AFP - Salaunes

Job Description:

Assure la production et le contrôle de pièces drapées sur machine AFP.
Pilote la machine de production incluant :
Chargement et déchargement des outillages dans le respect des règles de sécurité.
Lancement des programmes pièces et calibrations.
Maintenance de niveau 1.
Respect du 5S.
Assure le drapage AFP des pièces en s'assurant :
Du respect des DLU des matières premières, de leur conditionnement et déconditionnement.
De la bonne dépose des fibres.
Assure le contrôle de la pose de fibres :
Inspection tridimensionnelle à l'aide d'un laser tracker (logiciel Verisurf).
Inspection visuelle et/ou validation via un système optique automatisé.
Répare dans les règles de l'art les fibres ou bandes ne répondant pas aux critères de contrôle.
