Communication Manager (Vaccine) - VNM - Ho Chi Minh

ROLE SUMMARY

The primary purpose of the Vaccine Media and Communication Manager is to lead all media educational campaigns of vaccine to raise the awareness of public and HCPs about the role of vaccine in protection of people while closely collaborating with the respective marketers and medical in Pfizer Vietnam.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and execute the public communication plan of vaccines:
• Channels management –manage the current and building new channels to approach the right target audiences.
• Content development and approval – localize or build new contents aligned with the strategies of brands.
• Content planning – build the deployment plan of the content matched with the brand plans.
• Partner with Marketing teams on communication plan, including:
• Understand commercial strategies and bring the expertise in public media communication to co-develop the brand plan.
• Align communication campaign plans cross-vaccines to ensure the synergy of promotional activities to deliver the appropriate messages to HCPs and public.
• Work with global and regional team to bring the right content, channels, and other tools to serve the public educational objectives of relevant vaccines.
• The role’s longer-term goals include:
• Design, build, track and share channel analytics required to inform the strategic direction of the customer marketing mix.
• Set campaign goals and KPIs, measure and report all educational campaigns' performance, and assesses against goals.
• Understand and apply the principles, practices, and ethics involved in developing effective public educational programs
• Lead the awareness building and skills training for commercial colleagues across digital channel capabilities

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST HAVE

• Strong public communication experience ( min 3 years experience), ideally having relevant experience in healthcare or FMCG or agency
• Prior digital marketing experience including experience in search engine optimization, paid search, paid social media (paid posts), organic search and organic social
• Strong understanding of digital channels and the strategic choices companies should make to maximize brand impact within each channel
• Proven experiences in Multi-Channel Marketing Planning, Execution and Measurement
• Strong English and Vietnamese language ability (written and spoken)

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior experience utilizing analytics from digital channels including mass campaigns and social campaigns
• Ability to extract key signals from metrics and KPIs to evaluate and optimize the performance of channels and campaigns
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure
• Strong strategic thinking, analytic, interpersonal, influence and communications skills
• Strong partner relationship and collaboration skills - ability to generate credibility with senior stakeholders
• Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
