The Opportunity:

Accelerate Adobe's business as part of the Global Onboarding team! In this critical role, you will build, scale, and manage all aspects of Adobe's customer-requested background checks program.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a scalable program to support Sales contract compliance, with a focus on workforce verification (e.g., background checks, work authorization, etc.).
  • Create and maintain a framework, processes, standards, and internal controls to resolve requests in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with customer contracts, Adobe's employment policies, as well as local and national legislation.
  • Lead the coordination of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Sales, Legal, and Human Resources teams operate in lockstep. Partner with operational teams to streamline workflows.
  • Deliver comprehensive strategies for change management, training and enablement, and insights and reporting.
  • Benchmark with comparable companies for solutions and ideas.
  • Identify and recommend technical improvements to improve compliance and tracking at scale.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of experience working in program and/or project management 
  • 6+ in a sales operations, regulatory, compliance, human resources, or legal role
  • Experience implementing innovative processes that promote effective operations, compliance, and reporting at enterprise scale
  • Experience evaluating operational processes to identify risks and areas for improvement, and to ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards
  • Experience managing complex projects at an enterprise level and working closely with sales, legal, and human resources functions
  • Experience managing HR requirements during the staffing process, including background checks and work authorization
  • Experience crafting systems of record and preparing for audits
  • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and influence others without direct authority
  • Self-motivated, able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with distributed teams
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, including interacting with customers and sales to address delicate situations in a professional manner
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales contract negotiation and management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Workday a plus      

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $86,600 -- $186,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
