What you will do-
Provide administrative and Project Management support to the Instruments Division Operations organization. Under direct supervision, assists in daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements. Tracks progress and identifies/resolves obstacles. Communicates to internal and external clients. Performs some administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports.
- Under direct supervision, assist in daily coordination of project related activities including support and maintenance of project plans, tracking data and action items
- Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, tracking action items, and preparing presentation material and status reports
- Perform administrative support duties for Instruments Division Operations organization
- Organize and plans logistics (e.g., facility selection, menu planning, transportation arrangements, and audio/visual equipment) for organization meetings and special events. Ensures protocol is followed
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Participate in the development of and execute tasks within pre-defined project scope. Alert manager of scope excursions
- Complete assigned tasks according to established timeline (Assist in the development of a detailed project Gantt chart)
- Participate in the development of the budget and identify the cost of upcoming project expenditures
- Support the creation of a project risk register. Identify and analyze project risks and assist in developing a risk response plan
- Participate in the development of a project team list with cross-functional staffing requirements
- Support the creation of a Stakeholder register and assist in the preparation of a Stakeholder management plan
- Participate in the development of a project communications management plan and resource management plan when necessary
What you need-
- Bachelor's degree - preferred
- 0+ years experience - required
- Corporate Internship experience - preferred
- Power BI knowledge/experience - preferred
