As E-commerce associate for Western Europe, you will be a driving force behind our eCommerce initiatives in this region, with a particular focus on our key markers, the UK and Spain, where we collaborate closely with Amazon. You will be passionate about e-Commerce with a commitment to driving rapid and sustained growth in this crucial and strategic channel, with the goal of achieving the ambition target.
Main responsibilities:
Account management: Implement Amazon market-level e-Commerce roadmap to reach the target growth ambition. Support the in-year UK and Spanish market e-Commerce strategies achieving budget and working towards ambition financials. Deliver market-level operational, customer, and consumer goals/targets/KPIs.
Operational excellence: Achieving excellent execution of initiatives included in the eInnovation & Eventing strategic pillars. Coordinate the development of Amazon exclusive packs by collaborating with the brand lead and managing all aspects, including P&L analysis and coordination with supply chain stakeholders. Elevate the Eventing strategy to the next level by integrating a plug-and-play dashboard that enhances decision-making capabilities, providing actionable insights.
Conduct day-to-day account management and activation of Sanofi CHC’s portfolio ensuring the excellence of the digital shelf. Active participation to continually seek opportunities to improve customer terms. Effectively drive activation on Amazon through the Vendor Portal and the AVS.
Provide input to local market-level strategic roadmap and commercial planning (sales & budget forecasting). Understand competitive and regulatory landscape with cross-functional support.
Input into and execution 4Ps assortment, and pricing and promotional strategy with Hub partners (Revenue manager and Finance teams)
About you:
Prior experience in eCommerce, Sales or Retail Buying or similar across e-Commerce customers. Knowledge and expertise regarding eCommerce and online consumer touch-points from generating demand to sales conversion.
Some understanding of the total business mix – marketing; supply chain; financial management.
Strong analytical capabilities, and passion for extracting rich insights from data
Excellent verbal & written presentation, communication, selling and negotiation skills
Excellent relationship building skills. Familiarity working with external parties and agencies, including budget management
