The Acrobat team is seeking an exceptional, customer-centric Sr. Community Manager for our digital document products as part of the Acrobat Product Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships and developing programs to foster engagement with our newly formed customer community around Adobe Acrobat, and Acrobat’s new AI capabilities. Strong community programs are critical for customer success, influencing product direction, and creating advocates for Adobe Acrobat and Digital Documents. 

  

The ideal candidate is passionate about building community programs and leading partnerships while fostering a necessary feedback loop between our community and product teams. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the Acrobat organization 

 

The role: 

  • Own strategy and execution of Acrobat’s Generative AI community program. 

  • Launch, run, and increase the impact of ongoing community programs (Ambassadors, Member Groups) including online and in-person events and community partnerships. Community platforms including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Meta, Influitive, and Alida. 

  • Drive content and ensure community platforms and resources are held to the same quality and standards as all Acrobat channels, and foster engagement. 

  • Measure and track the impact of Community programs including the Ambassador program, events, and partnerships. Report on results to the overall organization. 

  • Manage vendors and freelancers for community content and partnerships.  

  • Scale education and evangelism of Acrobat across internal and external webinars and tutorials. 

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Acrobat Community Team, Product Marketing Managers, and Social to amplify community engagement initiatives and stay up to date with document trends/needs of the community. 

 

  

What is needed for success:                                                           

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business preferred or 5+ years in marketing B2C technology products or community building role. 

  • A love for Adobe's community and an understanding of Adobe products and services. 

  • Experience building engagement programs and content to get customers to use Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant and sharing with each other. 

  • Experience working with partners such as community groups, event organizers, and other companies serving SMBs and professionals. 

  • Experience gathering Community feedback and creating a feedback loop with product teams to foster product improvement.

  • Excellent communication, networking, and project management skills. 

  • Ability to take strong initiative and work independently across large internal teams and with partner organizations in the community. 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,900 -- $209,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
