About the Role & Team

An opportunity has arisen to join The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) Audience Measurement and Insights team! Our team is responsible for delivering data driven solutions and audience insights across a number of our media divisions, including Disney Advertising, Disney+ EMEA Original Productions, Content Sales and Media Networks.

Following on from the successful launch of the Disney+ advertising supported tier, we are looking to expand our team. The Audience Measurement and Insights Manager will work hand-in-hand with the Disney Advertising sales team, as well as agency and brand partners, to understand measurement needs and challenges with specific focus on Disney+. The role’s primary focus is to manage our data partners and vendors in delivering both upper and lower funnel measurement solutions to demonstrate the effectiveness of Disney+ in achieving results for our advertisers including brand effectiveness, ROI measurement and downstream behaviour of the Disney audience.

This role will also work with the broader insights team in synthesising measurement case studies with the full range of audience insights, to help drive thought leadership, advertiser demand and advertising revenues for Disney+.

The role will support the Senior Manager, Commercial within the Audience Measurement and Insights team, and works in partnership with Disney Advertisings Tech Ops teams and the wider Disney research and insight teams.

What You Will Do

  • Work with the Senior Manager and Director to implement the measurement & data roadmap
  • Day-to-day support of sales leads in conversations with clients to craft optimal approach to support measurement of desired outcomes
  • Lead on creation of a variety case studies based on Disney’s measurement capabilities and champion internally and externally
  • Be the expert of full funnel measurement solutions for the Disney+ sales team, and the go-to person for deep understanding of methodologies, dashboards and compelling commercially focused analysis
  • Deliver thought leadership initiatives on measurement solutions and the streaming industry, leading all aspects of them from concept to presentation
  • Champion the industry leading measurement innovations from global and regional partnerships
  • Partner with the wider data, measurement, product, and research teams in the UK and globally ensuring that all relevant tools and insights are used for commercial advantage

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Expertise with advertising industry upper and lower funnel measurement solutions linked to performance-based response to advertising
  • Experienced in a range of effectiveness methodologies including 1st and 3rd party data matching
  • Ability of crafting a narrative with actionable recommendations with commercial relevance
  • Independently manage end-to-end projects with minimal direction
  • Experience presenting findings to senior-level stakeholders – face-to-face or in written presentation format
  • A track record of demonstrating a collaborative approach to work
