You will have the chance to leverage your expertise and knowledge to improve Disney’s investment in our employees through complex analysis, compelling storytelling, and data visualization.

What You Will Do

• Partner with organizational leaders, Analysts and subject matter experts to understand business processes, evaluate needs and analyze data ensuring consistency
• Identify areas of opportunity to increase operational efficiency and influence clients, across job levels and business units, towards the optimal solutions
• Provide consultative support for clients across the organization to truly understand core questions and current priorities to ensure reporting and analysis align with business objectives
• Work cross-functionally with other team members to ensure internal alignment and efficiency
• Empower stakeholders to self-serve, interpret, and apply insights through training and consultation
• Effectively articulate actionable information to help make informed business decisions.
• Translate high-level business objectives into consistent, accurate, efficient and effective reporting and analysis
• Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding data, systems and the business, advising on how to best use the data
• Connect and transform data from multiple systems into actionable analysis that support the business needs of the organization

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2 + years of experience working with data insights & analytics to influence HR strategy
• You have strong critical thinking skills and ask relevant questions to improve processes, build efficiencies, and influence strategic business decisions
• You are capable of solving problems in creative, sustainable ways
• You possess the talent for strong influencing and networking skills that result in consultative relationships; supporting synergy and collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Able to communicate complex analytical concepts in a compelling way to non-technical audiences
• You have a passion for attention to detail and quality
• You have the ability to make timely and effective decisions to meet fluid deadlines and changing priorities
• You can focus on the here and now while keeping an eye to the future to prioritize work
• You are proactive and self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously and make independent decisions to meet deliverables without significant oversight
• You are passionate about continuous improvement with a strong desire to continue learning in order to stay relevant to business changes and industry trends
• You are skilled in business intelligence tools with a thorough understanding of data and systems' infrastructures
• You have a deep technical foundation and experience applying your knowledge to develop reports and analyses
• You can effectively handle and maintain confidential information
• Experience with Cognos, Tableau, Workday, Snowflake and SuccessFactors is a plus

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $73,100-$89,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
