What you will do -

  • Provide leadership and expertise for loaner kit/order fulfillment
  • Oversee the distribution of products/services for our representatives and customers to include: order entry; picking, shipping, tracking and usage
  • Track inventory accurately, record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimize inventory utilization
  • Maintain a state of constant audit readiness
  • Implement processes that optimize and track branch/warehouse inventory
  • Responsible for the people manager responsibilities across multiple branch locations including: scheduling, training, coaching, discipline, performance management and evaluation, compensation management, recruitment and terminations
  • Leveraging people/resources and leading standardization efforts across multiple sites
  • This role may also encompass the leadership for inventory operations, personnel and facility management

What you need –

  • 2+ years of relevant experience including 1+ years of proven leadership/supervisory experience required; experience in operations or logistics environment - required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or other relevant field of study OR 6+ years of equivalent work experience in leu of degree - required
  • Valid Driver’s license with good driving record – required
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction – required
  • Demonstrated knowledge in logistics/routing scheduling delivery methods - required
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed – required
  • Must be able and willing to lead and work successfully in a team environment – required
  • Demonstrated proficiency with office technology (e.g. ERP systems, Access, Excel, Word, PowerBi) and associated data analysis/diagnostic skills – required
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs. – required

$74,100 - $115,300 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data.  Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location.  Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
